Milwaukee Public Schools is currently soliciting competitive responses to the following Bids, RFPs and RFQs. Please read the Bid/RFP/RFQ documents and all terms and conditions applicable to the bids carefully before submitting your Bid/RFP/RFQ and be sure to check this site periodically for any addendum that may affect your response. Responses are due on the date and time stated with no exceptions. MPS looks forward to receiving your response.

Please Note: All MPS bids incorporate Terms and Conditions and by signing a bid, bidder agrees to provide the items or services described on the bid at the net prices quoted subject to the Terms and Conditions found on the Terms and Conditions Page.
Submit Bids Electronically
Neither RFPs nor E-Rate projects may be submitted electronically. Only "hard copies" are accepted.
MPS is now accepting bids electronically at mpsbids@milwaukee.k12.wi.us. The subject line of the bidder's submission must contain the bid number, date due and the buyer's name. MPS will not accept responsibility for any network or power outages that may occur during the transmission of bids.
MPS is now accepting RFQs electronically at mpsrfqs@milwaukee.k12.wi.us. The subject line of the bidder's submission must contain the RFQ number, date due, and the name of the Procurement Specialilst. MPS will not accept responsibility for any network or power outages that may occur during the transmission of RFQs.
If an addendum is issued, bidder must submit their addendum in the same manner as their bid. That is, if the bid is submitted electronically, the addendum must be submitted electronically. If the bid is submitted "hard copy" or by any other means, the addendum must be submitted in the same manner.
Submission of electronic bids is optional.
RFPs are NOT submitted electronically, only "hard copies" are accepted.
