APlus supports afterschool programs (Community Learning Centers, or CLCs) supported through 21st Century grants, and well as other granting agencies and sources, and the Supplemental Educational Services tutoring programs required through the federal No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) to eligible students attending schools determined to be 'In Need of Improvement'.
