Parent Resource Centers

District Parent Resource Centers are located throughout Milwaukee in five convenient locations. The centers are staffed by helpful experts to assist and support parents, guardians and families.

Before- and After-School Programs

Milwaukee Public Schools and Milwaukee Recreation offer a variety of before- and after-school programs.

Report Cards

Medication Policy

Whenever possible, medication should be administered by parents before or after school. MPS authorized personnel may administer prescription medication only if a parent or guardian has submitted a completed Medication Permission and Instruction Form.

Volunteer

Join the MPS Volunteering Program! Volunteers assist students with reading and math skills, help with homework, coach an MPS youth sports team or assist with Special Olympics activities.

Have a concern?

MPS wants to help parents and families find solutions when there is an issue or disagreement. We call this process Dispute Resolution. By working in partnership with your child's school, parents and school staff can quickly find solutions. All MPS personnel working on your complaint are required to keep the information confidential.
