Open Enrollment
Public School Open Enrollment is a statewide program that allows students to attend public schools in districts other than their own if seats are available.
No transportation is provided unless the child has an Individualized Education Program (IEP) that specifies that transportation must be provided.
You begin the process by contacting the school district that interests you or through the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction Public School Open Enrollment page.
The application process takes place February 4 - April 30, 2013.
