Your MPS Employee Benefits Statement for 2012 is now available through Employee Self-Service.

  1. Go to:  MPS Home Page.
  2. Click on the Employee Self-Service button (located on the left-hand side).
  3. Login using your MPS User ID and your MPS Password (both are the same as your email login).
  4. Under the Main Menu click on Benefits, and then on Benefits Statement (right-hand side of screen).
  5. Click on "Show my Statement" to view and/or print your personal annual statement.

Under the Self-Service menu, your benefits statement for 2012 will be available for the remainder of this calendar year.  Paper statements will not be sent to you via US mail.

Security for this self-service feature permits only an employee to see his/her individual information.  Make sure to keep your login and password information in a secure place and do not share or give this information to anyone else to use.

We also encourage you to use the following employee online self-service features:

  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) enrollment (when eligible) for FSA/health care and/or FSA/dependent care.
  • Update your home address and phone number.
  • Change your payroll tax withholding.
  • View your benefit plan enrollments.
  • View your savings elections for 403(b) and 457 retirement savings plans.
