Employee Wellness Program Update - There is a new Employee Wellness program for the 2014-2015 academic year! Programming will consist of 3 major initiatives: Healthy Contributions, Wellness For You, and Wellness On Site. These programs are built to support active employees as they pursue physical, emotional, and professional well-being. Be on the lookout for informational flyers mailed to your home in September!
Health Plan Coverage during July and August - 10-month (including year-round) employees will pay the July and August 2014 pre-tax health insurance premiums starting in September 2014 over the course of eight (8) paychecks. The July and August 2014 dental premiums will be made in one deduction from the second paycheck in September 2014. These "make-up" health plan contributions can be found on the MPS Home page > Employee Benefits News > Benefit Plans > Medical Health Plans. The chart is entitled "10 month/Year Round Employee July & August 2014 Health Plan Contributions".
10 -Month and Year-Round school employees who resign from employment with the District will be billed directly for the premium balances owed for July and August 2014.
